We put 2 offers forward for a property and waited an entire week to find out they negotiated with another party with no feedback whatsoever. Dont waste your time with this terrible agent.
Lesson learned. During the tour we agreed on having them fix specific problems by moving-day. They completely ignored me when I asked abou it. Some people can live with drizzling water pressure and without electrical outlets in the kitchen and bedroom, I refuse to if I'm paying premium for it.I'm giving it a 2-star just because I'm happy it's behind me.
Terrible, just terrible experience , all smiles and chuckles until I paid , after that it took them weeks to address issues in the house , bad smell from sewer , leaking pipes under the sink , and their arrogance is just beyond imagination. Never again! I felt like I lived in a house somewhere in rural parts of India, not Australia! At the end they even took part of my deposit blaming me for drainage being stuck. keep away from this crooks
