Nice coffee, great book shop. Ruined by the person who may or may not be the owner/manager..Quite rude, unsmiling. Found myself saying thankyou. I did not hear the word thankyou once by this person. The younger team members did use this word....and look terrified of the person in charge. This happens every time we visit. Lighten up lady, you have to be friendly when dealing with the public...
